This site is run by one person, Jordan Dalton, trading as Dalton Solutions. It has no user accounts for visitors, no newsletter list, and nothing to sell to a data broker. What follows is the complete list of what it collects and why.

Nothing on this site asks for a password, a payment card, or a government identifier. Payment for an engagement happens outside this website, through Stripe or a direct bank transfer, and card details never touch this domain.
Delivers form submissions to Jordan as an SMS. Your name, email, and brief pass through Twilio to reach his phone.
Aggregate traffic reporting: which pages are read, roughly where readers come from. Not linked to form submissions.
An advertising pixel that reports page views and a "lead created" event when a booking form is submitted, so referrals from OpenAI surfaces can be attributed. The event carries no name, email, or brief.
The site's host and Jordan's email provider process requests and messages in the ordinary course of delivering them. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for as long as needed for tax and contract records after an engagement. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted on request, and otherwise are not retained beyond their usefulness. Analytics data follows the providers' own retention windows.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email jordan@daltonsolutions.com and it will be handled within 30 days. There is no account to close and no unsubscribe list to leave, because there is no marketing list.
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has submitted something, email the address above and it will be removed.
